With capacity for up to 120 guests and direct access to the kitchen and buffet area, the evening flows naturally from start to finish. Round tables and open layouts create an easy rhythm, allowing conversations and atmosphere to develop at their own pace.

At Kornloftet, located at the top of the barn, you will find a bar and lounge with high ceilings and exposed wooden beams. The open structure and the large fireplace create a warm and relaxed setting for the evening.

The lounge is well suited for informal meetings, a break during the day or a calm ending after dinner. At the same time, the bar offers a natural gathering point where guests can linger a little longer.

With a bar and lounge at Kornloftet and hotel rooms close by, guests can stay on site throughout the celebration. For smaller and more intimate weddings, the main house offers an alternative setting, with 13 additional rooms and a different atmosphere.

In the former staff residence at Borregaard Hovedgård, a dedicated event house offers a setting for hands-on cooking experiences and social gatherings. Here, smaller groups come together around four fully equipped kitchen stations, working in teams to prepare a shared meal.

Guided by experienced chefs, the activity combines collaboration, creativity and friendly competition. After the cooking session, guests gather around the long table in the adjoining dining room, creating a natural transition from activity to a shared meal.

With capacity for 16–20 participants in the kitchen and up to 30 guests for dining, the space is well suited for team building, executive groups and private celebrations in a more intimate setting.
